The tier list is rebuilt once per day from public online tournament data. The header in the Meta tab shows when the snapshot was last refreshed. Pull down on the list to fetch the most recent snapshot.

The app shows matchups for decks with a meaningful sample size in the source data. Lower-share decks may not have published matchup data yet. As more games are played online, those rows fill in automatically.

Deleting an event in PokeDuel does not delete the matches you logged for it. Open the Record tab and you'll still see those matches; the event simply shows as removed on the cards. If you'd like the event back as a label, just create a new event with the same details.

Currently no — everything stays on the device you logged it on. Sync is on the roadmap but is not part of this version.

Yes for match logging, your deck history, and stats. The Meta tier list and event schedule use the last cached snapshot when offline, so they keep working until you reconnect.

On iOS, deleting the app from the home screen removes all locally stored matches, decks, sessions, and events. There is no in-app “reset all” button at this time.
