PokeDuel Privacy Policy

PokeDuel (“the app”) is a Pokémon TCG match and meta tracker. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.

Information we collect

PokeDuel does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. The app does not require an account, does not use analytics, and does not display advertisements.

Data stored on your device

All match records, sessions, decks, events, and personal stats you create in PokeDuel are stored locally on your device using the operating system’s standard storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it.

When you uninstall the app, the local data is deleted by the operating system along with the app.

Network requests

To keep the meta tier list and tournament schedule current, the app periodically downloads publicly available aggregated data (deck usage statistics, match-up summaries, upcoming event listings) from our servers. These requests do not contain personal information. As with any HTTP request, the server may briefly log standard technical metadata such as IP address and user-agent for the purpose of operating the service; this metadata is not used to profile users.

Third-party services

The app does not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. It does not share data with any third party.

Children’s privacy

PokeDuel is intended for general audiences. The app does not knowingly collect any information from children.

Pokémon and all related names and logos are trademarks of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc. PokeDuel is an unofficial fan-made tracking tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL and the effective date above will be updated.
